Pick a time that works for you. The call runs for thirty minutes by default and can extend to forty-five if needed. Calls are run on Microsoft Teams unless you specify a preference.
For longer messages or questions outside booking.
If you would rather write than book, or if the question is exploratory rather than direct, email is fine. Responses go out within twenty-four hours on weekdays, longer at weekends. Brief is better than long; specific is better than general.
